Ccd Pinhole Camera
PAL/NTSC output to digital camera?
I've a pinhole/button/screw CCD camera that gives PAL/NTSC format output probably though AV cable. Can I connect this camera to my digital camera (cybershot or powershot) and save recordings in memory card of the camera?
No.
These surveillance cameras are designed to be used with some kind of video recording (or at least monitoring) facility. There is usually some kind of software (or firmware) associated with these cameras. You may be able to save the parts of the image stream to a memory card attached to a computer running the software necessary to monitor the output of the CCD camera, as long as it is saved as a retrievable file and use the memory card much the same way you can use a USB flash memory card or backup CD/DVD..
